DIRECTIONS: 

1. Apply TREsemmé Strengthen & Restore Shampoo to wet hair, lather then rinse thoroughly.
2. Then, apply TREsemmé Strengthen & Restore Conditioner to wet hair. Leave for 2-3 minutes then rinse thoroughly.
3. Finally, shake TREsemmé Strengthen & Restore Treatment well. Spray liberally on towel-dried hair and comb through. Do not rinse. On dry hair, spray 25–30cm from mid-lengths to ends and allow to dry before styling.
